Arresto Menor

Good morning,

Our contractor has declined to finish the new house which is 90 complete on the ground floor which we had hoped to move in by December and finish the second floor second part of next year.

1 - How can we get the occupancy permit without a contractor?
2 - The contractor did not keep a construction log book but we have photos of all the inspection that we conducted weekly can we compile this in a report as the log book.
3 - We have a separate qualified electrical engineer who has checked the installation
4 - We are currently making the as built drawings with the changes made during construction so the Architect and Structural Engineer can sign.

Please advise how we can get our occupancy permit?

If we decided to move in without the occupancy permit what would happened to us?

The house is on a sub division we own the lot and house construction is fully paid upto date.

Hope for so good news.

Thanks

John.
