Hi everyone, as the title said, I really want to marry my girlfriend who is married before. Hindi namin both kaya magbayad ng pang annulment kaya hindi namin alam gagawin namin. 6 years na silang walang communication or sustentong nakukuha dun sa previos partner nya. So ano po maadvise nyo po sa akin?

You cannot legally marry someone who is still legally married to someone else. ONLY A COURT CAN DECLARE A MARRIAGE NULL AND VOID.
