the seller paid the tenant to leave the property but there's one of seven daughter of the deceased original tenant is complaining regarding partehan. ano ang posibleng habol ng tenant kung na execute na ang deed of absolute sale and in the process na ang transfer ng lupa?

thats the next thing i have to find out. If they are DAR registered what are the possibilities that will happen pag naghabol sila. as far as i know the buyer settled everything with the tenant it was just someone or the daughter is not happy sa hatian.

If it is a tenancy relationship under DAR, despite the fact the property has been sold already, the rights of the tenant will always be respected. With this, dyan na papasok yung disturbance compensation.

Teka, partehan on what? the proceeds of the sale? or the land itself?

if the daughter is not a tenant in her own right, I would argue that she has no rights to detain the property.
