The mehanic hired repaired the car of my mother then after a long drive it broke down same problem(this was after the payment) i called the mechanic to fix it again, he always resched the date so i confronted him that he is tricking me he by text. Then he called me and threatened me . now i want a refund of the payment rather than him fixing it again. Sinced he threaten me i dont think its wise to let him repair it again... Please help me what legal action can be done
