I recently came across a facebook post in a closed group about a photograph contract from a hospital. It showed the compensation for new nurses at a smacking Php 11,800. (private hospital)
I'm just wondering if there's a law about against divulging how much a company compensates someone?
Should salaries be kept confidential?
I saw this video of Adam Ruins Everything and I think transparency will actually help people and not just nurses.
I'm not just sure if there are laws about confidentiality for public and private sector.
I searched online and I haven't seen anything yet about this so I was hoping anyone here could have an answer.
