Estafa Case

Hello, I have a business before which I close coz tinakbuhan ako ng retailer ko. Some one paid an item sa akin at di q na deliver ang item coz after my payment my supplier didn't contact me anymore. Now my cousin is telling me na ang customers ko will file a case against me. Rhis was happenned december of 2016 pa and til now I haven't settled the amount kasi wala pa akong fund for refund. I am not sure if someone filled a case against me kasi til now wala pa akong natatangap na subpoena sa address ko sa province. I am in manila now kasi. Possible po ba yan they file a case and the court will issue a warrant of arrest even wala akong natatangap na subpoena sa address ko? I went to Manila nalang coz they bashed me in social media at na trauma talaga ako sa nangyari. Salamat po.
