Atty. Yeterday my husband received a text message from his co-worker before even a photo of complaint letter from their previous company. They were already dismissed from that company since june 30, 2017. But to our surprised they file estafa case vs my husband his co-worker and the other. NOW im seeking an advise, what can we do about it?Can we just ask the company to just have settlements regarding this case. Im so afraid right now that this is our first time to encounter such problems like this. Not only thay I'm so afraid for my children.
