Need your expertise po sana on this matter.
I've been coordinating with collections regarding my delinquent account with BDO for my credit card. Been open with my financial condition.
I received a txt message saying na they will coordinate BIR to check on my assets and work with DTI to pull it out. They will also work with PRC. All these is because of FRAUD and ABANDONMENT.
Can they really do this? Wala po akong any assets under my name. May bahay po kami pero binabayaran po namin ung rights every year sa government na naka pangalan sa asawa ko aswell po yung maliit na tindahan namin. Pwede po ba nilang kunin yon?
