Introduce foreign guy to filipina for friendship whatsoever is it illegal?

Our website is almost done, the business Idea is to let foreign guys book a tour here in the Philippines and at the same time introduce them to some filipina, first meeting will be in mall or coffee shop or some safe public place, if they don't like each other then hello and goodbye, if they do and decide to meet again then it's their decision, we will no longer be liable for that. Now I have done some research about Philippines law and I happen to read the mail order bride law and i think the business idea we have fall into this one. Please enlighten me on what to do because we really want to pursue this business and we have already spent hard earned money for the website

arguably, it does fall within our mail-order bride law. and after looking at your website, authorities might consider it human trafficking.

If you are a Filipino, be careful, If you are a foreigner I would not be getting into this line of work at all. I have read the horror stories.
