Good day po..ask ko lang if the 10day reglementary periods sa summon expires at hindi sila naka answer..pwede ba yun mareconsider ng court? For example po na summon sila noong 8 at na expire noong 19 nagpadala sila ng answer on the 27th at na recieved ni atty noong 3..pwede pa rin ba kmi magfile ng motion for.rendition of.judgement? Or pwede sila ireconsider ng court na magfile ng answer nila? Thanks po sna mahelp nyo ako.
