Right amount of finance support to illegitimate child

Hi good day,
What should be the right amount for child support if the man was only earning 16k a month. He has 2 kids already from former live in partner and now married to his legal wife. Before the man got married he was giving 6k/month but now his married he is giving only 4k. What he can do to stop his ex to demand more knowing that he is now married and had family. Thank you.

just continue supporting and just let her ex file her complaint with regards to the amount. let the court decide what amount will be fair for the support.

but imho, 4k is small since he has 2 child with his ex. it would mean that each child is only getting a budget of 2k per month. is he the sole provider on his new family? how many children does he have with his wife? this will be factored when the court decides the fair amount the illegitimate children should receive.

The man has already 1 child on his legal wife, if he still give 6k out of his 16k salary a month the remaining 10k will be for his wife and his legitimate child is it fair enough for the legal family and for the man? Cost of living in metro manila residing near quezon city is expensive specially if the family is only renting. Well, anyways I hope the courts of the philippines should be fair enough for man and woman not one sided when it comes to child support.

but is he the sole provider for his family? if yes, then you can use that argument. but if the wife also has work, then i don't think the court will see it the way you do.

Okay, if his legal wife is also working while his ex has no stable job, then the court may be in favorable to the ex? Oh no, if its that way i think somehow it will be unfair to the legal wife. Thank you for the answers.

no, were just establishing the husband's financial responsibilities to his legal family since both husband and wife should sustain the household.

regardless if his ex is jobless, he and his ex needs to split the expenses for their children. he can ask for breakdown of expenses of the children to decide the proper amount. this amount will include housing, food, clothing, school, etc.
