I have a 12 yr old child hindi po kami kasal ng ama niya, magkano po ba ang dapat kung marecev na child support mula sa kanya if he has a monthly income of 50,000 considering na our child goes to an expensive school & has a medical condition. Then pano po ang pagcompute ng support base ba sa net income or gross income

make a computation first of the needs of your child then deduct your contributions. there is no fixed formula in the philippines. you can take a look at how australia computes it.
