I would like to seek the advice from this group for my problem.
I was using the surname MAGDALITA since i was in grade school up to the time i graduated my college.
however, when i applied for my birth certificate, no name was listed therein, hence i applied for a supplemental...however, when i received my bc, the name indicated was only Luzviminda Nazareno, my mother's surname.
my problem is that i am using Magdalita since i was in grade school and all my records, (school, bgy, voters ID, pag ibig) and other docs bear the surname Magdalita, but because of the absence of acknowledgement from my father, i cannot use them on my birth certifcate.
can i ask help for these so that i can use my father's surname.
