Did you have specific link for the above?
Thank you...

And what if tumutol po ang parents? Need pa po ba consent nila? However, di naman na po sila minor.

I don't need a link because I can count. When you count, you count the degrees excluding the person whose relationship you want to determine by going up to the common ancestor and then down to the other person.

Tita - 0 degrees
Mother/Father of Tita - 1 Degree
Grandparents of Tita - 1 Degree
Child of Tita's Grandparents - 1 Degree
Grandchild of Tita's Grandparents (i.e. Tita's FIRST COUSIN) - 1 Degree
Great Grandchild of Tita's Grandparents (i.e. CHILD OF TITA's FIRST COUSIN) - 1 Degree

The tita is 5 degrees away from the child of her first cousin.

Minors cannot get married.

If one of the parties is between 18-21 that person should obtain parental consent or else there will be a ground for annulment.

If one of the parties is over 21 but not over 25 that person should obtain parent advice, if there is no parental advice, there will be a delay in the issuance of the marriage license.

First cousins are related within the fourth degree of consanguinity.
