sorry, this is a dangerous question to ask a Filipino lawyer. You should ask someone familiar with the law related to how this US document will be used.
legally, divorce is not the same as annulment. it is as if you were never married or there was a defect in the marriage. in divorce, there is no defect but severance of the marital tie is allowed.
