Greetings,

I just bought a laptop 1 week ago and after using the device I felt the specification it has does not meet my expectation regarding the product. The product is functioning well and does not have any problems its just that I think it not the best laptop for me and I wish to return it for a better product. My question is could I return the product and get a full refund?

It depends, it may not hurt you if you you are going to explain your side to the attending salesperson.
