Good day everyone,

My parents named a land in Pasig City after me and my brother's when we were kids.
So basically my brother and I co-own the land.

The problem though is that we only have 1 copy of the land title.

I just wanted to ask how to get a duplicate of the land title so my brother and I can have a copy of the land title?

Hello po,

Get a photocopy of the title and go to the Registry of Deeds where the property is located. You may request a certified true copy of the title.
