Arresto Menor

Good day all

I was recently arrested and in Police custody in the cells for 4 days w/o chance of bail for charges against me

I was then placed in city Jail for 24 hours even though my bail had been paid in full

The following morning (24 hours later) my Attorney stated he would not bring the discharge papers from City Hall to the prison as it was "too  far to travel" (20 minutes by car) and instead sent a 17 year old to hand in papers and have me released

The staff at City Hall stated to the 17 year old they would have to "cover it up" as it was illegal

The staff at the jail stated the 17 year old should not even enter the gates w/o a guardian and it was also illegal for the 17 year old to sign anything for my release.

However, the 17 year old was allowed to sign and I was released after 30 minutes

My question is : Who is to blame ? And what can I do about it all ? It was clearly incarceration after bail was paid (receipts were in my Attorney's hand)

Please help if possible as I would like to know what I can do
