Employee po ako from a BPO company. When I applied, we are offered a sign in bonus and ang sabi po sa amin 'NONTAXABLE'. Nung nagwowork na po kami, TAXABLE pala siya. Tapos ung provisions pa pala nun eh ibibigay siya with some conditions for a year. Wala na po kaming choice kasi employed na eh so pinirmahan na namin ung papers for that. Tapos ngayon po 6months na rin po ako sa work, we noticed na di kami nababayaran ng tama specially tungkol sa mga Regular Holidays and Special Holidays. *NightShift po kasi kami. So I was wondering po, hindi po ba applicable samen ung mga Regular Holiday na 200% pay kapag nightshift? Kase nachochop-chop po ung oras sa work eh. From gabi nung araw na un til morning the next day. Ginagawa po nung company double pay sa hours lang na un. And in case po na hindi talaga kami nababayaran ng tama, can that be a valid ground to leave the company? I have a contract with them for 2 years and if umalis po kami before 2 years may training bond po kasi. Salamat po sa sasagot.
*Regards po pala sa sign-in bonus, un din pong false advertisement po nila within recruitment, can that also be a ground for leaving the company?
