Good day po!
Employee po ako from a BPO company. When I applied, we are offered a sign in bonus and ang sabi po sa amin 'NONTAXABLE'. Nung nagwowork na po kami, TAXABLE pala siya. Tapos ung provisions pa pala nun eh ibibigay siya with some conditions for a year. Wala na po kaming choice kasi employed na eh so pinirmahan na namin ung papers for that. Tapos ngayon po 6months na rin po ako sa work, we noticed na di kami nababayaran ng tama specially tungkol sa mga Regular Holidays and Special Holidays. *NightShift po kasi kami. So I was wondering po, hindi po ba applicable samen ung mga Regular Holiday na 200% pay kapag nightshift? Kase nachochop-chop po ung oras sa work eh. From gabi nung araw na un til morning the next day. Ginagawa po nung company double pay sa hours lang na un. And in case po na hindi talaga kami nababayaran ng tama, can that be a valid ground to leave the company? I have a contract with them for 2 years and if umalis po kami before 2 years may training bond po kasi. Salamat po sa sasagot.
*Regards po pala sa sign-in bonus, un din pong false advertisement po nila within recruitment, can that also be a ground for leaving the company?

And 'ung work provisions din po pala ng company. Kasi di po ba may required break na 1 hour a day? Samin po kase ung nature nga po ng job is a call center, kapag may calls ka at na-miss mo ung break mo (2 tig15minute breaks tapos 30 minutes na lunch) ung mga 15minute breaks di mo na pwedeng kunin pa ulit. Tapos ung lunch kung less thab 10minutes lang naman ung nakaen ng work sa lunch mo, di na imomove. Katwiran ng company, wala po silang scheduler. Tama po ba yun?
*Pasensya na po. We feel so violated na po kasi ng company in some ways.

kung night shift ka at holiday na nagsimula ka mag work, hanggang 12mn lang yun.. so pag patak nang 12.01am the next day, hindi na holiday yun..

sa break, kausapin nyo yung supervisor nyo.. dapat gamitin mo yung 15 minutes break..

kung may iba ka pang gustong i reklamo, pwede mo naman isangguni sa DOLE.

bayad ba yung lunch break? If less than 1 hr dapat bayad sya. Yung 15 min na "coffee break" hindi mo pwedeng ireklamo kasi bigay lang ng company yun. Hindi ito required under the labor code.

On your main question, nasa contract mo ba yung "tax free signing bonus"? Ang nakikitang kong issue is if wala sa pinirmahan mo pwede nilang sabihin hindi para sayo yung ni advertise. That it was for a particular project or a specific position
