Ano pwedeng gawing aksyon ng DOLE at ng empleyado kung aksidenteng naputol yong daliri ng empleyado habang nagtatrabaho sya, tapos walang nakuha na insurance yong empleyado?tapos rest day pa nya noong panahon na iyon?then hindi naman binabayaran yong mga days na hindi sya pumasok since the accident.

Ang pwedeng gawin ng empleyado ay mag claim sa SSS ng EC.

sa iba pang tanong mo, may policy ba yung kumpanya regarding doon? pag wala, wala siya matatangap.

Halimbawa:

1) insurance - meron bang benefit na insurance ang kumpanya? pag wala, sa sss lang siya makakakuha.

2) paid when not reporting to work after the accident - no such thing. unless its a sick leave and filed, they can be paid.

3) rest day that the accident happened - ano ang connection nito?
