he should not stop sending support else he can become liable for economic abuse.

if there is anything derogatory in her face book page, save the page and send a demand letter that she should stop else you will file a libel case against her.

cost depends on the lawyer you retain.

the receipts you will have to preserve or you can ask the store to issue a new one, but what is more important that you are able to show that it was turned over to the mother.

if you are depositing, then keep the receipt. or ask her to sign when you give goods.

atty...sorry po if medyo di ko po nakuha ibig mo po sabihin, just making sure lang po....you said yes po.. maaari ko mademanda yung babae ng libel and what can I sue her naman po if ipatanggal niya sa work asawa ko...kahit okay na po kami ng mister ko, makakaganti rin po ba kami sa kaniya kapag tinanggalan kami ng kinabukasan?...ano po puede ko ikaso sa kaniya kahit madamay pa asawa ko? thanks po and God bless..

assuming that she makes a report to his employer, why would they terminate your husband? was the woman her co-employee? It is not up to the woman to terminate your husband, but the management's prerogative.

my husband is in AFP that's why I'm not familiar with their disciplinary actions if my husband can be terminated...

atty...posible po ba mapatanggal ng asawa ko surname niya sa bata na inacknowledge niya..he's saying na nabigla talaga siya,when he signed and that he really doesn't care sa nabuntisan niya at sa bata...kahit ituloy pa sustento mapaalis lang apelyido? kung hindi po...yung nanay nung bata magagawa niya kayang ipalipat sa apelyido niya?..

lastly po...compelling reason na rin po ba para makuha custody ng bata ng asawa ko since pinapaalagaan naman sa magulang ang bata sa province at nandito ang nanay nagtatrabaho nga sa manila pero ginugulo at eskandalo naman kaming pamilya...ginagamit niya pa ang fb account ng bata para patamaan kami....ilagay na deceased asawa ko at ipost sa profile ng bata picture asawa ko na kinunan ng palihim habang karga ang bata...may anak din po kaming pinoproteksyunan kaya masakit sa akin atty..please help po... God bless

there is no procedure to revert the child's name to the mother's.

very difficult to remove custodial rights of the mother of an illegitimate child. you will have to show that she is an unfit mother.

you can explore filing libel charges. i would recommend you begin by having a lawyer send a demand letter. that may cause her to think about what she is doing.
