NBI Certificate Online Renewal Error

Hi, I have an NBI certificate issued in 2016 (valid until Dec 2017) and every time i try to renew it online, i get this error.

I have left the Philippines for good and cannot return back to get a new one, and the PH embassy here does not do it.

Is there any way to get a new certificate?

Maybe your getting the error since your clearance is still valid? why not directly contact NBI clearance thru their website?

well, i tried but the contact us form gives the same error too.. im suspecting it's a database error.. can you try access it and tell me if it works? nbi-clearance.com

yup it works. not a legal advise but did you try accessing from a different location or network?
