Arresto Menor

I would like to seek for an advice about my situation. My wife is now living in other country and cheating on me. In fact she is proud of it and even posts her picture with the guy. I have photos of them that i got from our email. I want to sue her. I cannot caught her in action because she is not inside the country. Are pictures enough to be a proof so i can sue her? If not, what should i do?

it depends on how incriminating the pictures you have. consult a lawyer personally so he can advice if you have a strong case.
