hi all gud day,gusto ko lang poh sana makahingi ng payo,
Nagpaayos/full house renovation poh kami ng binili naming bahay ngunit sa kasamaang palad ay Tinakbuhan poh kami ng contractor pagkatapos makuha ang kabuuang bayad.hindi po kami mkapagfile ng small claim kasi nagtago na po yung contractor,hindi po namin alam kung saan na nakatira ngayon,paano po ang dapat naming gawin?thanks in advance sa inyong advice..

tao lng poh sya but this person has no permanent address so it's very hard for us to find them..nagtago na tlga sya, 2 times na lumipat ng bahay nung may nagturo sa amin kung san sya matatagpuan..T_T

naku mahihirapan kayo gawan ng action yan since hindi naman pala legitimate business yung katransact nyo. humingi man lang ba kayo ng kopya ng ID nya or something? lumapit kayo sa abogado personally sa area nyo para malaman kung may magagawa kayo.

opo fly by night ang nirefer samin ng agent ng binili naming bahay, nagtiwala kami kasi sabi nya mabait at magaling daw itong gumawa sa subdivision namin, ano po ba ang steps for filing estafa?thanks poh..
