Late registered po yung birth certificate ko but I'm using my father surname since nakalagay po sa local birth certificate ko is yung surname ng father ko pero sa NSO birth certificate ang nakalagay po is yung maiden name ng mama ko ying surname even though may nakalagay na annotation na legitimate okay lang po ba yun?
