Hi,
I am asking for a friend. He is unable to get an NBI clearance ever since because of a hit. and the issue was estafa. It's not him. and now he is being harrassed and was asked to meet with the person/people concern. He kept saying that's it's not him.

PLease advise as to what to do.

He is asked to go to bulacan with a sheriff.

did the NBI staff advised him to proceed where the case was filed? did he comply?
in order to get his NBI clearance, he has to clear his name first by going to the court where the case was filed and get the confirmation that the accused is not your friend.

He was advised to see a police and go to the house of the person who filed the case.

who was advising him to see a police? you mean this is a specific person? please give all the details as it is confusing.
