I am e-mailing you with regards to an issue that we are currently ex
periencing in our house. We need a legal advice as to what's the best and p
roper thing that we can do to stop neighbors around our house to stalk, invade
and harass me which causes me a big time mental and emotional suffering. Plea
se let me start with introducing myself first. My name is Marvin Kenneth H. Ord
ona, 33 years old, currently unemployed and residing at 18-C L. De Guzman St. C
oncepcion Uno Marikina City ( Contact Numbers: 09171420353/ 029896782 ). Me and my grandma started renting the house last February of 2
017. I was involved in using illegal substance abuse way back months ago which
I regret and stopped by reporting it to our local town police that handles such
. They are still claiming that I am still using the illegal substance and the
y have even installed gadgets that put me on an 'Under Surveillance' st
ate. I can't think of any reason why they kept on doing such things and wha
t is they're objective why they want to do that. All I know is I don'
t feel comfortable in our own house because of this, I felt I am being threaten
ed whenever they say "ipapahuli ko yan!" and it causes a serious psych
ological violence on my part. Despite of it all, I have decided to let them do
what they're doing which helped a lot as I have gathered evidences. I don
't remember doing some offense that pushed to do these things on me. Since
I have gathered enough proof and evidence. I would appreciate your urgent respo
