PWEDE. Lahat ng empleyado ay may karapatang mag-resign. Pero hindi lahat ay may karapatang mag-resign kaagad agad (immediately). Dapat my specific reason pra ito ay mapayagan.

But beware my friend, ano nilabag u na rules and regulations sa office nio para mapatawan ka ng 5 days suspension. If mistake is on your part and your employer is doing the right way, balewala reklamo u sa NLRC. Just a friendly reminder, ciao.
