"Floating" status

Hi, all. I'll just use the floating status as I don't know what exactly it is called. I'm currently working in an IT BPO. So last June 22, I was suddenly told na all of my tickets will be distributed to other team members without saying the reason why so basically nasa production area lang ako pero walang work until now. After a week, binigyan ako ng 3rd NTE for the same degree according to them which is equivalent for a pre-termination stage. Last July 14 we had our Admin hearing and until now wala pa ring decision or something. Based on what I've read before and since first time ko lang din sa BPO, "NTE is a notice to explain. It's not a sanction or a penalty." I just feel na yung mga actions nila ay unfair for not telling me in the first place and konting mali lang is NTE na equivalent agad na parang grabe yung nagawa. Just want to also let you know that other tenured members have experienced the same pero a week lang pwede na ulit sila magwork. Yung sa akin, more than a month na ganito pa rin. Ano kaya pwede kong ireklamo sa kanila?

Additionally, mga first week of June kinausap ko yung isang team lead ko. Sinabi ko na since ayaw ko naman umabot sa termination, baka pwedeng ilipat na lang ako ng team kasi feeling ko parang napapag-initan ako tsaka ayaw ko rin naman umalis due to financial reasons.

What is the NTE about?

NTE is about overlooked process. Our account kasi is huge(knowledge and resource-wise) and almost weekly they also add new processes so it's possible that even a more tenured can sometimes miss those. I also feel I was treated unfairly compared to others.
