Good evening,

Pa advice lang po sana ko regarding my current employer.

1. Valid po ba yung contract na napirmahan ko kahit hindi pa sya na notaryohan ?

2. Nasa 5 years contract po kami and pag nag resign kami or nag separate sa company,liable daw po kami in their certain liquidated damages.? May habol po ba talaga sila sa amin pag ganun, Kahit mag resign kami formally?

if you signed the contract, then it is binding kahit di notarized.

depende kung ano yung bond na stated sa contract. kung may valid grounds si company para singilin kayo sa bond na to, then yes its legal na pag bayadin kayo kahit pa magresign kayo formally.
