Back pay/ training bond

Hi! I have a question regarding my back pay. I was hired by the company for a 3mos contract. My mistake is i didn't properly read the contract, stated pla dun na may 12k training bond if d ko ntapos ung 6mos with the company (which is impossible since 3mos nga lng contract ko) after 3 mos na absorb ako sa company however due to health reason napadalas ang lates and absences ko (entirely my fault) i was terminated due to that on my 4th month. I undergone admin hearing on a friday then after 3 days i was terminated. I just got my last pay today and found out that the full 12k was deducted from my back pay (i didn't get a month salary due to the termination). My concern is, hindi ba dapat pro-rated ang training bond since nag work nmn ako for the company for months (to think na 2 days lng ang training). Thanks po sa sasagot. Also, nag karoon po ng incentive program si company na if u render 2hrs overtime /day on top of your overtime pay may additional $3/hr i rendered roughly 30+ hrs overtime pero wala po ako nakuha na payment. May habol pa.po kaya ako pra dun?

unless specified sa contract na pro-rated ang bond, kailangan bayaran ang buong amount.

Kung sa BPO/ Call center ka nag work may laban ka against training bond. 1. health reason which nag lead sa decision ng company na alisin ka na 2. the bond specificly states na ikaw nag kusang umalis without completing 6 months duration. so advise ko take your contract to PAO. ☺ not all that is specified in the contract is allowed by law specially moneyary bond for work.
