Good day!

I need your legal advice about the contents of my COE. At my previous company, I had an 18 months bond agreement which I was not able to complete for some reasons. I stayed for one year and four months. I gave them one month notice and settled the bond by deducting huge amout from my backpay. So I was cleared and everything was settled. However, when I got my COE, it was mentioned there that I am "not eligible for re-hire due to non completion of bond." Is it really necessary to put that on my COE even if I rendered one month prior to resignation date and paid the remaining financial responsibility?

Thanks,

Nakiusap na ako pero ayaw pa rin. I just felt like they don't really care about their employees. Very inconsiderate.

Thanks for your response.
