Hi Attys.. I have a loan to puregold finance, eastwest and chinabank. I got pregnant and went under C-section. My first born died. followed by an accident of my parents kaya namatay din po sila. hindi ko n po sila nabayaran after December. I received a legal letter from court. puregold is amounting 40k. natatakot po ako n baka makulong ako. I was suffering for a secere depression dahil s utang. I just started my job dahil nagkasakit po ako. anu po b ang dapat kong gawinwilling naman ako po ako magbayad. pero since nasa court n po siya makukulong po ba ako?

ano ba nakalagay dun sa letter from court?

It's either the information will be filed against you, or the complaint would be dismissed for lack of probable cause.

I have an inquiry lng po, may tumawag po kc skin sa landline sa work saying na he's from cidg, and meron n raw po ako warrant issues by pasig rtc regarding my unpaid loan balance from sterling bank of asia for estafa and bp 22 and iseserve daw po sakin un tomorrow at 12 noon. He just called lang daw po to confirm my address. Possible po ba yun kahit n wala ako narereceive na kahit anong papers saying na may case ako or atleast may court hearing ako? Ano po dapat ko gawin? Sobrang natatakot po kasi ako at hindi makatulog, if ever man po na meron talaga willing naman po ako na isurrender yung sarili ko to avoid na lng din po na makita ng mga anak ko na maarest ako at madetain. Masyado pa po sila bata.

oo possible yun kung yung address na meron yung complainant ay di ka na dun available. pwede kasi thru publications na lang yung notice kung di ka nila mahagilap before.

you can contact the bank and check with them where they filed your case then after dun mo sa court na yun check status ng kaso mo.

Hi po, may issued checks ako sa ctbank cash loan, nakiusap ako na ma-recompute kc hndi ko n kayang bayaran ang monthly nya pero tinanggihan nila. May pambayad naman po ako for monthly amortization pero in a much lower amount since may 4 akong anak n sinusuportahan. Anung mga next step po ang dapat kong abangan from the bank and collection firms? Also, if ever po nagkasundo kami sa monthly amortization sa summon ng court, magre-reflect parin po ba ang criminal case sa NBI clearance ko po? Maraming maraming salamat po sa payo.

kung kakasuhan ka nila ng criminal case, oo pwedeng magreflect parin yun kahit pa madismiss ang kaso dahil di na nila tinuloy. if i were you hindi ko na aantayin pa na kasuhan ka tsaka ka maghope na papayag sila sa terms mo once may kaso na since kung di sila payag ngayon, most probably na hindi parin sila papayag Lalo na kung gumawa na sila ng hakbang against you.
