WHAT CRIMINAL OFFENSE/CASE IS APPLICABLE?

I've been separated with my husband for almost 12years now.. 2 years ago i met a guy and eventually became my boyfriend. He knew my status.. Last May 27, 2017 he came to my province as planned. But prior to that we were discussing and planning to start a business as soon as we're together already in the province. So we get a car, bought stuff for the planned business in short I've given money for all of those.. All of a sudden, after a month he left without us knowing... All we know is that he will bring the car to the shop for maintenance check but later we know that he flew back to manila..he brought my phone with him. Can i file a case of theft?

whose name is the car under? if under your name, you can report carnapping to the police.
