Arresto Menor

Hello Atty.,
A parcel of land inherited by my father from his predecessor was sold to his brother as described under the Deed of Absolute Sale March 1975 and that parcel of land described in said Deed of Absolute Sale March 1975 was the very same parcel of land sold to "Buyer X" sometime in February 2017. My father is married and have children before the Deed of Absolute Sale March 1975 , is there any available legal rights share for us surviving heirs of My father?

Thank you for your advice.

I believe that you do not have any legal rights to this land since it was already sold to his brother. his brother can then sell it to any one he likes since this is his property.
