hi guys I need ur help, I am being bullied by our SOM since i fought for my confirmation before as a supervisor and they felt a strong presence in me. Now we had a conversation in regards to
my FB post that he was insisting that I was referring to the management then the last part of his response it seems that he was indirectly asking me to resign but i did not respond, so his next step was to redeploy me which he did to the other agents but was left floating. please help me

Escalate your concerns to the HR manager in your company or to someone higher. Due process should be afforded to you under our labor laws, and the management should give you a chance to state your side of the story.

Alternatively, try to seek for legal advice in the nearest regional DOLE in your area about your situation if the HR is unresponsive towards your concerns.

Keep everything documented and always keep a copy for every letter that the managers are sending you since it can be used as evidence in case there will be litigation.
