Second hearing na ng case ng kapatid ko first hearing sa judge absent si complainant ndi naka attend., second na bukas ang sabi nasa ibang bansa daw.. may question is pwede ba ang parents yun humarap for areglo in behalf of complainant nasa batas po ba yun? Tia sa mga sasagot
