hi good day,

I would like to ask po, kung paano magiging legal ang kasal ko i was married with my husband sa canada but may civil wedding siya sa ibang babae sa Pilipinas, Paano po ba mapapawalang bisa ang kasal nila sa Pilipinas at maging legal ang kasal namin? Please i need information about this.  Thank you.

Your marriage is the one void, since it is bigamous.

Your husband should obtain a declaration of nullity of his first marriage. Even then, your marriage will still be void since your husband contracted marriage with you while still being married to another.

The only way I can think of to legalize your union is for you and your partner to marry again after he obtains a declaration of nullity of his first marriage.
