Hi Good Morning po sa inyong lahat.

Tenant (kasama) po kami for more than 20 years sa sinasakang lupa ng aking mga magulang

2.7 hectares po ang kabuoan ng lupa ng may ari ng lupa.

sumakabilang buhay na po ang may-ari at napag desisyonan ng 8 tagapagmana na ibenta lahat ng lupa

Ano ang karapatan ng tenant (kasama) sa lupang sinasaka?

May karapatan po ba kaming mag demand ng 2000 SQM? at kung hindi po maibigay ng may-ari ay pwede po kaya namin silang sampahan ng kaso?

The lot of the landowner is not even five hectares. The have a right to retain at least five hectares.

5 hectares po dapat ang lupain ng owner para makahingi po kami ng lupa sa kanila?
ano po ang rights namin as tenant (kasama) since more than 10 years na po sinasaka ng mga magulang ko ang lupa?

pwede po ba kaming mag reklamo o magsampa ng kaso kung indi po nila kami bibigyan?

The landowner can retain a maximum of 5 hectares.

Obviously if the land is less than 5 hectares there is no more land to distribute to tenants.
