Arresto Menor

Hi, advise please. I was terminated last March 30th 2016 due to breach of trust. I was an officer who approves purchasing of supplies for the clinic. The upper management put malice in the transaction in one of our project proposal and made this as their reason to terminate us..my medical director and my admin manager. The gave us the benefit of being heard but still they terminated the three of us. I tried to bring this to nlrc but the person I've talked to said I needed a lawyer. But because I have no money for that I did not file. But just today somebody told me that I can approach SenA to help me on this coz most of the officers with other issues that they also terminated went to SenA and the company requested to just settle the issue by paying them all benefits due them and did not need a lawyer anymore. What should I do first? Do I need a letter to send SenA first? How do I ask for a schedule? What are the benefits that they need to pay me. I served the company for almost 10yrs with Avery good record. Please help.

Go to DOLE where your company is registered.. Fill up the SENA form.
