hi eveyone,
i would like to ask base on your experience are the following statements are true? because they cause confusions to the homowners.
HOA Registration
1. the need for authorization letter from the Developer?
2. if HOA has been approved by the HLURB, is it true that HOA will automatically shoulder all unfinished facilities and amenities like clubhouse, basketball court, swimming pool?
3. what are the sanctions for those unit owners chose opted not to join HOA, and even want to enjoy everything without paying the services for example garbage collection.?
