1. If person A is sending sms to person B of truth quotes, is that already a crime? but no threats on those
sms only truth quotes.

2. if yes what crime is that ?

3. how long does it need for person B to file it?

4. if person B wishes to sue person A but he is abroad can person B still file a complaint?

depends on what is said. can be unjust vexation.

a case can be filed as soon as an affidavit can be prepped.

- ok atty. so how will person reply to the complaint if he is out of the country. can a case prosper even
if the respondent is out of the country? or they wait for him to get home?
