Second cousin as in the child of one of your parents' first cousins?

Yes, there is no legal impediment to marry as long as you are male and female, and over 18, and as long as you comply with the other legal requirements.

Correction po Sorry . First cousin siya ng Tatay ko, Pareho kami ng Surname, Pwede pa rin po ba?
