Lawyer in breach of Canon 18 Rule 18.3 sent his former foreign resident client the above in an unsolicited letter.
Does same amount to a Grave Threat as it does appear to be intended to intimidate his former client? If not "Grave Threat" does it still amount to an illegal threat?
