It is all up to the financier if it will allow a long-term settlement.

Otherwise, your sister will have to go through trial, and if convicted, face jail time for estafa and if she is a first time offender, a fine for violating BP 22. And if she is convicted, she will be made to pay back the amount involved with interest.

Why would your properties be in the name of your parents?

Are you talking about properties you acquired and placed in your parents' name or the properties of your parents themselves? YOU DO NOT INHERIT WHILE THEY ARE STILL ALIVE.

Your parents have a right to dispose of their own property as they please while they are alive, and if they do so to help your sister. Surely if you were in a situation where you are financially in need they would do the same.

Wait until they are dead before you squabble and make your sister give back all she has received from your parents to the extent of your share in the inheritance.
