Arresto Menor

Hello po, may mga nabili po akong mga sasakyan, 3 yrs ago pina assume balance ko sa mga kilala kamag anak na mapagkakatiwalaan. May isang driver ako matagal na cya nagttrabaho saki. Nakiusap na bigyan ko cya ng isa. Punta po ako ng US kaya po nag decide ako pa assume balance sa kanila. Nag issue po ako ng SPA and Deed of Sale para pag natapos na po bayad maari na nila kunin OR CR sa bank and ilipat sa name nila. Sa una nagbabayad naman, pina arkila nya ang sasakyan. Ung umarkila isinanla po. Ngayon di cya mkabayad. Ngayon po ako habol ng bank. Ano pong hakbang pwede ko gawin?

Did the bank consent to your agreement with the driver?

If not then for all intents and purposes you are still the debtor.
