I just want to ask your advice on what to do in this kind of situation
An incident happened where di sinasadyang nagkabangaan ang dalawang empleyado, 1 HR and 1 Regular employee.
The HR person think that its intentional and created an incident report / complaint because of the fact na hindi agad nag apologize ung agent and nag joke pa sa HR. "Now HR said she felt insulted and offended because she said that they are not close" so why did she poked a joke (Ay Akala ko poste!) instead apologizing. She also had bruise in her legs resulting ng pagka bangga.
Now when the incident report was issued to the employee, the employee naman is nag counter complaint sa HR that she should not be subjective, and HR Professionals should be advocates towards impartiality and objectivity. She didnt mean to bump the HR since di nya nakita sa likod. She felt that HR is just jumping into conclusions. She said that she cracked a joke saying "Ay, akala ko poste." Laughing or cracking a joke because thats her usual response everytime similar unintentional incidents happen as she believe and apply the "Don't J.A.D.E. (Justify, Apologize, Defend, Explain) all the time or Dexifty principle".
