HI! I am Ivy ,I need help regarding no 2 valid Government IDs for the deed of sale of the inherited land of my aunt(both my aunt and my father passed away 2 years ago).The remaining 2 siblings of the lot owner decided to bypass my mother as one of the legal heir of my dad's share.But I don't have 2 government IDs i only have an sss ID,would it be legal to give my mother full authority to sign on my behalf to get my share since she has complete documents? Thank you.We have already been constantly threatened about this by my sister and the rest of the family members.Thank you
