we had a case decided by the Supreme Court in our favor relating to "Declaration of Nullity of OCT 614 (Piedad Estate), etc"
the dispositive portion state, "wherefore, finding no reversible error in the Resolution appealed from, the appeal is DENIED and the decision is AFFIRMED. With double costs against the appellants.
As the defendants, may I ask what kind of costs or expenses can we recover as double costs? Can we collect attorney's fee which is not mentioned at all in the judgment? How about costs of survey?
