middle name of my mother

hi! actually i have a problem regarding sa nso ko , because in my nso the registered middle name of my mother was wrong ? what should i do ? tahnks

Depending on what the mistake is you can either have it corrected administratively or through the court.

Good Day po! I have the same concern as well, the difference is that on my birth certificate my middle name was spelled out but sa mother ko po it was only an initial. I went to DFA to process a new passport application and that's where I stucked they wont allow me to get a passport unless I have a file correcting on mother's middle name on my birth certificate and my Mom is deceased. Infact I've been using that middle name since I was born, as well as on my IDs, it's there. They asked me to get Form 1A authenticated by PSA and certificate of finality. How to get those? Will it take too long to process po? Is it costly? and lastly is there anyway that I can have it requested via online? They asked me kasi to go to Cebu where I was born (I'm currently living in Ormoc).
